Basically she came back wanting the same thing. However, she does want a small piece of my 401(k) for her retirement.
All in all, my lawyer says I am a very lucky man financially. He also said she is nuts.
On a related note, her lawyer is making her sign a document indicating that she is walking away from assets that she is entitlement to under state law.
