Until this child custody situation is worked out, do NOT speak to your husband by yourself. If he calls you and wants to talk, tell him to call your lawyer. You are paying him to represent you. Don't try to do anything regarding your husband on your own. Your lawyer should do all the negotiating. He knows what to say and what to do.
