OMG Mary... your H is scary. I COMPLETELY agree with everyone - I am also optimistic about Friday. I think if anything HE is the one likely to lose his daughter over all this. How on earth can he sell your car without your signature??? I don't even get HOW he is doing some of this stuff.

I totally agree with Jeff:

"Your H is about to be taught a lesson in power. He doesn't have any. The judge has it all."

I also agree with Kerry - please please pleae do not talk to him. Clearly all the stuff about "working it out ourselves before the court date" was also BS. Let the lawyers handle it ALL at this point.

One quick question - did the judge do something about your D's custody during this week? Like order that the family can't take her anywhere, something like that? I don't want to add to your fear at all but with how completely nuts he is acting, I just want to make sure someone is checking up and making sure your daughter is where he says she is.
