Pasta bake sounds great! I had spinach and cheese ravioli with a garlic/olive oil/herb/wine sauce I made last night. Really good. My son ate most of it which was just as well since I would have eaten all of it myself!!

I'm not sure about the setting your H's mind at ease. Personally, I think he should be left wondering a little more about what you are doing. If he asks directly then give him an answer, by all means, but with minimal info. JMHO!
