I've worked here for over 5 years. Had one promotion (while another lazy woman has had 2 in 2 years...and was promoted to a level above me!? But her boss hates me, and obviously loves her. Every assessment he slams me, even though I barely deal with him.)
FF - I am getting an out of cycle assessment/promotion. Last (and only) promotion was 2.5 years ago. However when they put it into the system there was a "glitch" and they put me in at the same level. For the past 2.5 years I've been making the same pay as my previous level and had my performance based on that level instead of one above it.
And I'm not supposed to be bitter! Or think I'm due retroactive pay?!
