I know I don't know you as well as some of the others around here, but I have been following your story in my short time here and hoping you get a positive answer.

Perhaps one thing that might bring it to a head would be to just do what you said you were going to do.

We talked of dating others.
Neither of us really can imagine that.
I told him the biggest obstacle I could foresee in a new relationship would be that I'm not willing to change one thing about my relationship with him. I won't stop coming over and hanging out and surely someone else would not like me being with him so much.

I don't know how often you would typically go over there and hang out, but perhaps that would be a good thing to do. He seems to have reacted positively to you being there from some of your other posts. If you have been over there a lot he might be confused by your absense. If you do go over there you may not get an answer in words but you may get one in actions.

Just the ramblings of someone very inexperienced at this whole "game" but maybe there is some value in this perception.
