went to court. lawyer and dad were there. h was there. when we finally got in front of judge, judge said there wasn't enuogh to go on on H's part to make a decision. our new court date is this friday.
I found out that h himself called social services claiming I'm a "danger" to h because of my "drug" issue (on AD's), that I abuse them, totally not true.
he also said that someoone at the school last week claimed i dressed d5 in a provacative outfit. I have a hard time getting her dresssed for school and worked out a deal with her teacher that if she's in a "funny or wrong" outfit, that I'll have a normal out if her back. this has been established with hter teacher and principal (they know all about what is happening. the day she went to school that day, she dressed herself in a dress and tights. apperently the dress was too short (I made her put on tights). social worker is really only concerned about this but will talk to school tomorrow.
ALSO in the middle of the night, h TOOK my car. so now I have no car. Lawter is now working on me getting it back asap among other things.
believe me, I didn't think the dress was too short and she DID have tights on.
I'm really scared that the judge will see me as "unfit" even though h LEFT US and I have doen eveything everyone has told me to do. I'm a good mother and have kept her safe and reassured during this whole thing.
