There is one hold on that one before I get it. Hopefully soon! Control Freak will probably arrive first. I am looking forward to reading both of them though.
That's true, I'm looking at buying a house in 10-12 months. So, if so much can change in a month or two, just thinking about what can change in a year is mind-boggling. Just thinking about what has happened in the last year is still strange lol.
