I know it would be sooo hard, but what about just flat telling him, "Look H, I'm not leaving here to sleep tonight, so if you come here, you will sleep on the couch, floor or wherever, but your done driving me out of MY house."
Might not help, but you shouldn't have to leave, especially when he doesn't come there every night.
I hear you about wanting peace though, Stars, there are days I would give it all away for just some peace.

It feels like H is trying to exert some control over you...why would that be? He hasn't wanted to be all done...
No answers, just a question to ponder.
Also, is H on the title? If not, you *could* take it from him. What's your car like? Is he driving the nicer car? Take it.
