OK good... this tells me he's flat out lying to you again.

I have left numerous messages to the lawyer. I'm afraid he's going to use my past depression/anxiety card (I am stable and being treated and it has NEVER effected my parenting). of course he is using this as a way to scare me to get what he wants. I just pray the judge sees this.

Stop leaving messages - they'll get the picture and get back to you ASAP in the morning, I am sure. Leaving more messages may worry THEM about the "anxiety" thing too.

And... a LOT of people suffer from depression, anxiety, etc. and are fantastic parents. The judge will know this. There is NO WAY I can see them limiting custody becaues you're on Zoloft, stable, being treated. It's ridiculous.

Who left has almost nothing to do with the custody. But, no, I sincerely doubt that's possible.

SG has a good idea too, about calmly calling the police in each area.
