MaryA, Very sorry to read what happened today. i am sure your dad and lawyer will take care of this mess tommorow. Don't worry about it. From what i have read here (granted it is only your side of the story), the only thing you are guilty of is loving your husband (who happens to be a real wack job). I knew this from day one with the thermostat and some of the other stuff you posted. All you have to do in front of a judge is tell a couple of those stories and your H is done. I come from a tight nit Italian family and I actually know my share of nut cases. Your H makes these guys look like model husbands. I know your D is going through some rough times so maybe some time with nonno and nonna is not all bad for her and for you. Try to spend the night with some friends if you can.....try to relax. Just the fact that he left you without transportation by taking your car keys will speak volumes to the judge. Try to have a good night...your daughter is in good hands, your dad will be there in the morning....everything will be alright.
