This is my thought, I should leave them, with the ring wrapped up in a note saying keep this until you can look in the mirror and tell yourself that you no longer love me. is that too much? what are your thoughts, that is what my heart says to do

B, If she opts to return the gifts, accept them and say, "I'm sorry things turned out the way that they have". Then do whatever you must to get yourself out of there. Stow them away at home and hopefully, some day, she'll come back. Whatever, you do, do not leave a note.
