BBJ, I know this is late, but glad all is going well with the house and the medical stuff. Sounds like you are making fantastic progress with your H. I'm proud of you for going back to your room and letting H come to you. One word of caution, I don't recall you mentioning that your H has started IC. I know the two of you have discussed it. Things really seem to be improving between the two of you, but if he doesn't get help the patterns may repeat.
