Mrs. H, I agree w/sgctxok on this. It's better to have it down on paper in black and white so that the "associates" have an idea of what type of "scamming" their employees are performing. Telephone calls about this issue will fall on deaf ears, but the power of the pen is so much more mightier!
I have to agree w/the other posters, if the lawyer knew her case load will full, she should never have agreed to a consultation, but she could have given you a referral.
