Couldn't she tell me that before I wasted money on her for a consultation?

Yeah I'm serious. She shouldn't have scheduled a consultation with me if she already had too many cases. That was $250 dollars down the drain. She should give me money back but I highly doubt it I will see that happen.
So I guess now I have to go with the other L. I wasn't exactly crazy about his personality though. When my father mentioned something about how I wanted to save the M at first he shook me off and gave me a look like don't be stupid look and said "forget that, that does not happen."
Call the L's office and complain about having a consultation fee when at that point in time she should have told you she could not take on any more cases.
Call the other L. I know you were not crazy about his personality but remember...almost everyone (besides us!!) thinks trying to save our M at times is crazy.
Don't worry about what he thinks...if he knows the law and can fight to get you a fair settlement, then you need him.
I set up an appointment with one other L that this L who I wanted to retain recommended.
She isn't too far from me. My father and I just figure we better interview one more and then choose between her and this other guy.
So my appointment is set for Tuesday.
On to other news.....My parents have challanged me and my brother to a weight losing duel. Whomever loses the most wait in a certain time period gets to be taken out to dinner by the other two.
Should be interesting.
S7 is also having his friend sleep over tonight. Hopefully his friend likes to sleep in on Saturday mornings like the rest of us!
Sounds fun! But I think you should up the ante and ask for the prize to be a move to NJ or a cruise or something. Why lose weight and then go out for a nice big dinner.
