I agree with Jack. No touching, holding hands, etc unless she makes the first advance. Do something fun.... mini golf, bowling, a nice lunch and a movie.
No im not making any plans, she wants to go to this seafood place down on the water front in DC. Called Phillips, sort of expensive, but she is worth it.
Well we usually brainstorm, it will be like what you feel like or what you have a taste for. But usually when she makes herm ind up I go along with it, because I just wanted to please he in the past. Not saying I still do not want to, so she chose this restaurant to go, so I guess thats where we will end up. I will not touch her or anything like that. Even though we sleep in the same bed together, she sometime touches me, but when she realizes what she is doing she pulls back.
180s are when you do something different than normal. Good different, not picking up a crack habit different. 180s are usually goals you put by the wayside becasue of no time, or forgetting how much fun you had, or sliding back into the Beta position of the pack.

I really dont know what the plan is for the rest of the day. After I take the kids to school and day care, I guess we will spend the morning together in the house probably watching TV or something like that, before we leave around noon. I guess 1-2 hours later come home and get the kids out of school, and just go home I figure. like I said im lost right now, not trying to read to much into this, but after my therapy session last night, she wnated to talk about us. I sort of let her lead the way. She said she is trying to work oon her but at the sametime work on our relationship. I dont understand any of it, not making sense to me at all.
After the talk she told me she thinks I'm putting to much focus and hope into the retrouvaille weekend. I told her no but I believe it can be a start for us to try and get things back in order, but it takes two people to do that.
