I am sure that right now my H would say the same thing, but I do see him waiver. I don't know what to believe right now: my signs all point to have faith, we will reconcile but H says no. H won't even try to figure out how to divorce me, I know deep down he expects me to do it, like I always fix everything and so I should fix this for him too. H wants the results but isn't willing to put in the time or effort even when this is something he says he wants. Explain that one.

With your H though he hasn't filed. You haven't filed so his actions don't match his words any more than my husband's match his. I am just worse off in that the court will see that this happens regardless of what I want.
