Which is of course why you're at SAHM. And why my MIL stayed home with her kids until they were in school full-time. And why my parents worked different shifts so someone was always home with us.
It's still reality though. And maybe he would realize what it's worth to have you home. Because it would be hard for you to make more than that plus commute costs a month unless you got some fantastic job.
