The decision is made

Well I'm now pretty certain the fights with OW are firing all the spew that has come my way this week.

I just got home from work and when I have finished this post I am going back out to work again.

D12 reminded me that she was going out with H tonight. He knocked on the door not 5 mins after I got in. He did the usual preamble: is D18 in (no), is S14 here (no I haven't seen him just got in from work). I carried on doing what I needed to do. Then D12 came down the stairs so I thought they would be straight off BUT no he saved the best question till last (and in front of D12).

He asked if I had heard back from my L. I said yes and I understand she had sent his L a fax. He said she had but it said she hadn't done anything and she was going on holiday. That isn't true (I haven't received a copy yet but it was read out to me on the phone). I just said it didn't say that at all. He then told me that he has instructed his L to sue my L for costs and compensation for the stress that her slowness has caused HIM! WTF

I never said a word. She will eat him for breakfast!

He left w/o saying anything else. D12 was giggling as they left b/c they had decided to go for a walk and he said I'll just have to put my walking shoes on they are in the car. She looked at me in a knowing way and I had to turn around so that I wouldn't laugh out loud.
