You are right, I guess my point in all that is that they DO come out of the fog. H and I are a lot better off and he isn't mean anymore. I mean he had this stuck up attitude and he was MEAN. Now he doesn't even remember some of the things he did or said.

Ain't that the truth. My H seems to be living in a fantasy San Francisco...the fog blows in every night, clears for the afternoon briefly, and then it rolls right back in!

NikB has the same problem with her H. Luckily her H is living with her again and contact with the EA is down a ton.
Guys don't seem to understand the concept of an EA. Actually, I don't think most women do either unless they've had a traumatic experience dealing with it.
