Or

Let me guess. God doesn't enter into any of it either, because you can only control you.

Or you could simply say that you respect that braveheart has his own views and leave it at that. Many varying outlooks are out there as you and I both know BH, none are wrong, just different.

Shoe, my opinion, I understand the hurt and betrayal that you feel about what has transipred with your Ex. It is raw and painful and you simply figure out what you need to get past the pain. Forget about him, her, all the outside the span of control bullshitt and simply get through the emotional low point that you hit because of it. What he does has no bearing on you at aall or what so ever and it can only make you a stronger person to push through it all.

Sorry for the interruption.

shame on you for high jacking! ;\) very well put BH. We all have our own opinions and thoughts on things. We are differant people but we all have one thing in comman. We came here for the same reason. We also continue to stay here for the same reasons. friendships we have made, support, advice, a good cry or just for a few laughs.

Hi Princess!!!

I'm so sorry bout about your job and your ex's remarriage. They both had to have taken the wind out of your sales. Life does go on and you will as well. I also agree that what we see isn't always the reality of what is. I think we sometimes beat ourselves up by blowing "their" great life out of proportion. The reality IS that your ex got married much too soon after a divorce which very rarely is a good thing but actually it's best and healthiest if none of that matters to you and that should be your goal.

So enjoy your coffee in bed because we all know that that's a luxury you won't have for very long, then get out there and get back into the groove. Hey you live in Cali. Life ain't so bad..............

Love,
Bethie

what kind of jobs are you looking for?

there may be professional organizations that you can submit your resume and stuff too

(like for me there are special teacher organizations that have employment websites)

In my own job search, I've been brainstorming places that might have similar functions that one wouldn't consider. For example, I have training and skills in emergency preparedness through a civil service agency. It occured to me that corporations, hospitals, and most other medium to large entities need that function.

You have accountant skills and training, as I recall. So . . . banks, accounts payable or receivable in colleges, government, corporations, non-profit organizations, etc.?

I hear a certain veterinary clinic may be in need of a new office manager soon.

\:D ;\)

OK. So what about kennels, veterinarians, veterinary schools, or stables?
