mrsH I would be quite upset with your L for never even telling you she would not be in court. she should have reset the court date if she couldn't be there...L's do that all the time!!
No decisions have been finalized so you haven't been told you can't move. Start repeating over and over again that you will be moving to NJ because that is what is best for you and the boys. Keep saying it over and over again outloud and karma will work for you...
So now you wait until July...alot can happen between now and then. Tell your L that you can't afford to buy where you are and the only way your children are going to have a life that they are accustomed to is if you move. Have your L repeat that over and over to the judge.
Try to think positively...you were not told today that you could not move, nothing is set in stone, time is still on your side.
