Dar, I will get to the conversation I had with the Law Guardian later as I am too tired to go through it all now.
Fig, my L requested the Law Guardian in hopes of helping us out but it clearly backfired. She doesn't make or break the case but her opinion does matter heavily on the case.
We still can go to trial but basically it sounds like the Judge has already made up her mind in which direction she is heading. So it seems to be we will lose before we even started type of thing.
I can still appeal the judge's decision if she does not allow me to move but that will take a lot of money.
