I wish you were here, it was sunny and hot today and the kids LOVED the bday party. I had pails with their names on them, they filled them with water from the water park and dumped it all over each other, play games and just had a great park day. You and M & M could have come!

Well, after the party my whole family came over to swim and hang out. Loads of fun. D6 got a mermaid flipper for the pool, boy did she think that was so cool!
Shades, wow...sounds like the most wonderful, fun, joyful birthday party a girl could dream of !! You are such a sweet and caring mom to your girls ! I agree with Angelica that your H is a fool not to see it. Then again, there is no cure for these fools, we just have to get on with it and make the very best of our time here, and love and cuddle our kids, for it is THEY that are missing out.

Tomorrow is my first day at the new job. I am looking forward to it. Although, it is a new position and everyone I met has been SO HAPPY o have me coming on board I'm wondering what I'm getting into...LOL!! Whatever it is I'm sure I can handle it. I mean really, look at what we've all been through here, ya know??
I know most of you that have posted here are not on the boards that much. But I wanted to say a very special thanks to you all becuase without each one of you I would not have made it through the last two years. You have touched my life so deeply and I love you all.
Shades, I am sure you were a most wonderful woman pre MLC, but the additional grace that you have come into during this has added to you. I am not surprised that everyone is happy to have you on board. We are none of us living the life we expected to have, but you have handled everything that has been thrown at you so well that you will shine in whatever you undertake.
My vicar/pastor told me that I would look back at all of this later on and see it for a period of great spiritual and emotional growth, and I am coming to believe he is right, although I would never have signed up for it!
