So, speaking of the C, I got a lot more validation. Even when I try to say that she is only hearing one side of the story, she says that she is trained to work with that, and keeps suggesting that I am not the one with the problems! It really seems that almost everything comes back to control. It really makes everything pretty much fall into place. The bad news is that she said that people like that rarely change. So that is a little disappointing.
On the other hand she was receptive to the idea of trying to get W to go in to talk to her (or more preferably another C in the same office) about me, with the hopes that it might be possible to get her to look at herself. So, I will be approaching this sometime in the near future, at the "opportune moment", I hope. We kind of agreed that her reaction and response to this could be pretty telling. I have become fairly convinced that if she does not address her issues, there isn't much hope. And I fear (and it seems to be supported by the C) that addressing the issues will be difficult, since that in itself would be giving up control. I will of course, keep you all posted!
