I am doing OK in general, bit down, Daughter gone to visit her mother, sounds like her mother is encourging her to get a piercing through her lip. At least this time Daughter is asking if its ok, rather than just sneeking off, getting it done, and falsifying my consent, like the Navel piercing some years ago.

Heard absolutly nothing from Wife or Son in about a year.

I have a 50th birthday treat from my brother this month, a 4 day mini cruise, which I am looking forward to.

Daughter spent Christmas with her mother, my first without the kids.

Came back with a piercing through her nose ! Showed me a bottle of perfume which was a present from a boy she met.
