A mutual friend, actually a co-worker of my H, called last night to say hi and that he and his wife got the graduation announcement I sent them. We chatted for a bit, he asked how I was doing, how was my dog doing, etc. Fine, fine, I say.
I never brought up H once. Never asked about him, nothing. I don't know if this friend was fishing for info for H or not, but I believe he is a nice guy who is concerned for both H and I.
