Now, the trick is to not let this behavior be limited to Big Grandiose Gestures (although those are good too) - but to take more initiative and show more Decisive, Attractive, Manly Leadership Qualities in routine day-to-day living as well.

Very good point, Rob. One thing which annoys me about my H is when he makes an effort for a while then it tails off. He's learning that it's the little things which make a difference and I'm learning to speak up and ask nicely for the little things.
