Um... the divorce decree is fine. It's the crazy idea that I'm going to sign a lease that I'm LEASING MY HOUSE from X that made me laugh. I think I'll suggest that he asks OW to cosign with him... SO, not really thinking there's any chance in hell that I'll jump on the 'lease favor' for him.
