I do not know much about your sitch, other than this thread here. Also, since I am just at the start of my DB, I am not sure what I am doing or anything else. ALl I can comment on is my feeling based on teh little I have read. I agree with the otehr ladies (who have infinitely more experiece than I do!) that there were many positives in you and H's conversation.
Was the second ILY and pet name a backslide??? Nope, I do not think so. I think it is a reaffirmation of the love you still ahve for him, teh truth that you have not given up, and that you still consider him a valuable, viable part of your (and your children's life. I may not necessarily go for full blown tears, but definitely a lump in the throat that was hard to choke past at the moment.
