We always are the ones who are too close to tell.

That's also why we focus in on the small things that are wrong instead of appreciating the other % that is right.

Even when everyone else can see what a great guy you are, your W is focused on the negatives. But we ALL do that to some extent.

That's why an outside perspective can really be useful!
