You know - on this daycare issue? Get some GOOD legal advice, please.
I don't think it's as common anymore, but there was a period of time when the backlash against working mothers was such, that a man could dump his wife (forcing her to go to work) then marry the OW, and since OW was a SAHM, get primary custody of the child based on the argument that it was better for the child not to be in daycare!
