What happens when you don't do what the courts ask???

You file a contempt of court motion.

Then it all starts again.

He'll have to disclose his financial affidavit again, it will ask if he's single or married. Her income does not matter, but it indirectly effects his. Like let's say he USED to pay 800 a month for food. Now he's paying 400 cos he's cohabitating with his wife. THUS his income increases.

Hopefully we won't get to that and he'll take a deal.

Buy me out of the house, stick it up his assests and start paying my alimony.

For me everyone I meet starts at the same level of trust. That guage goes up or down based up experience with them.

I never used to be like this like I've said many times, I like being guillable and thinking the best of everyone! Sadly enough, the day I was divorced Rich told me I was too guillable.

You keep your guard up, and let it down when you feel comfortable enuff, and when things seem kosher.

There is nothing wrong with standing your ground.

People that come in to your life, will just have to understand what you have been through. If they are real friends, they will respect the way you need to be. For how ever long you need to be that way.
They will do everything in their power, not to give you any evidence in which to doubt them.
