You file a contempt of court motion.

Then it all starts again.

He'll have to disclose his financial affidavit again, it will ask if he's single or married. Her income does not matter, but it indirectly effects his. Like let's say he USED to pay 800 a month for food. Now he's paying 400 cos he's cohabitating with his wife. THUS his income increases.

Hopefully we won't get to that and he'll take a deal.

Buy me out of the house, stick it up his assests and start paying my alimony.

He does to know where he lives!!!!!

It's called

Fantasy Island, de plain took him there.

Actually...he'd foot all the legal bills this time right?

I wouldn't trust this man if he said the sky was blue and that water was good for me. I'd check my wallet everytime he shook my hand. Sorry Jeanette, good will only goes so far.

Yep!!

According to the Florida Statute.....he's liable all the way this time!!

Reminds me of that sign you see in stores "You break, you pay"!

He broketh the law, he payeth the price.

No Jack, this time I will not let him take advantage of my good will.

I just hate that it leaves you tainted against other people. This more than just makes you single. It changes your way of life, thoughts, actions and not always for the good. \:\(
MOSTLY for the good tho, THANK YOU GOD!....

So because Rich is a lie-bag; everyone you meet is suspect?

For me everyone I meet starts at the same level of trust. That guage goes up or down based up experience with them.

That situational experience does not affect other people, just that one.

NO! They are not a suspect.....I am just more suspicious or guarded.

I'm working on that issue.

I never used to be like this \:\( like I've said many times, I like being guillable and thinking the best of everyone! Sadly enough, the day I was divorced Rich told me I was too guillable.

I should have only applied it towards him.

You keep your guard up, and let it down when you feel comfortable enuff, and when things seem kosher.

There is nothing wrong with standing your ground.

People that come in to your life, will just have to understand what you have been through. If they are real friends, they will respect the way you need to be. For how ever long you need to be that way.
They will do everything in their power, not to give you any evidence in which to doubt them.

I had a thought a moment ago......(yeah yeah)

I wondered if I should call the water company...I mean, it says he paid $200.00 so I'm thinkin they will automatically turn it back on.

Wrong.

Apparently the re-connect fee was 232.47......she decided to wave the 32.00 I think I almost begged her.

She asked me did he call to confirm?

I said confirm what? That he's an assholee?? Good thing she laughed or I might be sponge bathing again tonight!!

Is it the weekend yet?

At least you got a good rep on the phone! I had a nice lady help me with H's cell phone records when I first found out about OW too. I told her straight up what I was looking for and she dug for me saying "giiiirl, been there done that got the t-shirt!" \:\)
