ACJ, just a thought but I couldn,t D my husband for adultery as it had a 6mths time limit on it, so my solicitor told me and it was 3 years after he had left, so not sure about laws now in UK. I did get to write it in the sworn statement I had to make at the courts tho. I guess you will find out when you speak to your solicitor. Hope D is a little better. Wish I could feel like a love sick teenager just once more before I am too old to remember what it felt like first time around.
