I had a very interesting day yesterday. I was with D7 and the Dolly Parton song "Jolene" was on... if you don't know the song, she's singing it to a woman named Jolene, asking her to not take her man... So D7 asks me if it's a true story. I told her that some songs are based on true experiences and some are just made up. So she asked if that had ever happened to anyone and I said it's happened to a lot of people. Then D7 said "Is that what OW did to daddy?"... I swallowed my tongue and changed the subject. Ouch. Don't like that she is that aware of the situation. And I wasn't prepared to handle that better...
Then, she advised me she's going to buy me 'life alert' since I live alone so she won't worry about me.. cute, eh???
Then, I get a call from X... he went to refi his house and couldn't get approved b/c the debt to income is too high w/ my mortgage still in his name. So he's hot to trot for me to refi so he can refi also. We have 6 months in the divorce decree and i'm super busy right now. So we'll see how that goes.
