Jeff, you better be busy with that yoga DVD and that's why you aren't responding! Or we might need to call the authorities...

Yes, here I am!! it's the yoga police!!! where is my big yoga stick? Where is it??
I hope you are rocking a cat lift right now, or a downward dog!!!
OMG Jeff did I tell you about yogatoday.com?? It is like free every day, new yoga, and the ladies who teach it are HOTTTTTTT and they film it in BEAUTIFUL natural landscapes and it is ALWAYS NEW
If I lived *any* closer to you I would come kidnap you on my bike and drag you, on your bike, to yoga class together!!!
tell me what you thought about the dvd!! another classic that is really good for beginners is "am/pm yoga with rodney yee and patricia walden". that's actually how I got started. each 'class' is only like 20-30 minutes long, you can do a lil in the morning, and a lil at night, it feels SO DAMN GOOD.
OK, I did the first 20 minute section of the yoga video!
I got a late start because I had to go to town to show S18 how to disable the alarm on the van. We haven't had working remotes for it forever, so it is always off. but the battery got replaces, so it wanted to be on! There are a couple wires you need to find to take care of that, and I couldn't describe them on the phone. So there went a bit more than an hour.
yes, that counted, you got the ball rolling! Good for Jeff!

Jeff, perhaps you should do what I did a couple times and have a play thread and a serious thread so you can actually brainstorm about your situation and how you might tackle it without getting off course. Believe me, I know the lightness is necessary for a temporary escape from the grind of DBing but there's a reason so many oldtimers are showing up on your thread.
Collectively, we think it's time you moved your ass.
