Couple of thoughts for you:
- vitamin D is very protective for the breast. Experts in the field think the RDA should be increased to 2000 IU/d. Ask your doctor to check your 25-OH vitamin D level; optimum is over 50.

- iodine also plays a very important role in breast health. Check out Dr. David Brownstein's book on iodine.
