Mine didn't get smaller, mostly longer...LOL! I have lost 40lbs since December and have a long way to go. My scale isn't moving but my clothes are hanging off of me these days and people are really starting to notice.

The best part is I have more energy, I feel better about myself and that is my motivation for continuing to go to the gym. I go several times a week on my lunch hour. I'll drink a Slimfast or eat some protein on those days, but its a great stress reliever and there are 2-3 days that I'm actually doing something instead of eating lunch or just sitting around. I'm a HUGE procrastinator (read my thread if you don't believe me ) so trust me I know what you are going through and JUST DO IT. You will be so glad you did!
Once you start there will be more than mouth to mouth in it for you!
