Hey cat,

thanks for coming by. Things have been hopping around here lately.

I agree with you a bit about the Hallmark holidays. OTOH, I always love an excuse to take a long weekend off!

But S15 and I are pretty ingenius about thinking up and enjoying simple pleasures, so I know it will be fine.

Poor puppy McGyver is very mad at me, I have to keep him confined and with that awful Elizabethan (sp) cone on! But his tummy is full of staples and he can't be jumping around or pulling them out.

And the newest drama...S15 was going out the side door for something and the door came right out of the wall. The screws in the top two sets of hinges just came right out. How fun is that? I've already called the co. that installed the door and they sounded pretty amazed, and will be here tomorrow.

(((AH)))

It takes awhile to get back to "normal human being" status. It takes awhile for the tears to stop. I'm still having nightmares about this.

Don't push yourself, let nature heal you with time.

Sorry to hear about McG!! Poor big fella! I'm just happy to hear he's going to be okie dokie!! \:\)

Hey! Are you sure your son doesn't have some sort of super human strength thing going on??? Doors just don't come off that easily.....invest in a Super Hero Suit!!

There is zero going on down here. I don't think the papers have been filed yet.....hmmm, just how long does this all take??? I'm tired of being on edge all the time and looking over my shoulder to see if Mama Bear is going to attack

Oh....someone is coming to visit next month. We are going to meet you halfway somewhere for a nice dinner!! Hehehe....I thought it would be only fair to let you know your doing this ;\)

Hang in there!!

Jeanette

Hey sparkles,

too weird about the papers not being filed...these MLCers are all weird, but yours may be one of the weirder...

Yippee...something to look forward to. I'm going to have hectic JUne, teaching-wise, so how terrific to have something fun. Where shall we meet. Somewhere South of Vero??? I don't know my way around, or any suggestions, but I bet we can figure something out with mapquest.

Okay, gotta get to it.

Thanks for droppin by.

Yup, I have to remind myself how much I have to be grateful for, D or not. I can walk on the beach any day of the week, and that is so wonderful, physically and spiritually!

Thanks for droppin by cat. BTW, what kind of dog(s) do you have? I'm a big lover of all canines, at least all I've ever met!

Cheers.

lol, just posted on my thread letting you know it is a bichon frise, it is a cute little thing if you have time for him, we got him for free because they unloaded the dog on us, they didnt' realize how much time and $ youd' need for this kind of dog (and they were kind enough NOT to let me know). He's friendly and very smart (too smart), he's eaten all the kid's chocolate when he gets a chance (throws it up later, I know it s bad for them but he always gets to find a defenseless easter bunny or a chocolate santa around). He needs lots of grooming and my son being 9, isnt' doing a great job, thus I get to trim his nails and stuff, ish! I did not sign up for that, lol, our cat died last yr and that is the only reason I accepted this dog.

UGH. It will come I guess. One day when we least expect it I imagine. I mean, so many things that I thought I would die over, have happend. I am still here. Smiling. Just like you.

I think the pain of having our kids taken away from us, just will take a very LONG time to get used to.
