breaton, how long more, they say, you would have the pain, while on pt, and when finally you would feel positive results or at least no pain?

breton, that good new, that finally you are seeing some results. perseverance pays off
i missed my yoga lesson yesterday they do not allow to get in even if you are a little late. i drove to the park and walked around the lakes for an hour. i think that it was even better than yoga to balance myself. i overdid strenuous exercise on wed and thu in the gym and my body was grateful for that break. my mind was also been to work out the stress caused from being in close proximity w/my h.
i can noticed the progress. his presence dis balances me but to a lesser degree than before. two definite markers - being late for appt and eating too much sweets. i am more aware of this and have a better handle because of that.
another not very healthy way of coping is shopping that i need to be conscientious of. in my case it is going to salvation army store. actually that was one of the reason why i was late for yoga - trying to decided to buy or not to buy $6 steve madden pale pink stilettos with 3+ inch silver hill i bought them (and couple leather belts for $2 each) but i have no place where i would wear it. it has to be to the theater or the like - where you do not walk far, but they are great when you are just standing or sitting

Went this weekend, got 6 pair of slacks and 3 dress shirts for $1 each. A couple of weekends ago took the kids with me and got a bagfull (one sale was by the bag) of clothes for the kids and me that worked out to 30 cents for each item. I learned how to pack backpacking in the Boy Scouts.
Clothes can be pretty cool, too. W complimented me on a pair of jeans I was wearing the other day I got at a yard sale for $2.
I learned to shop this way when I lost 40 lbs at bomb and had to replace all my clothing.
If you give the stuff you can't/don't wear to charity everyone wins.
