It's a good exercise program. Sure, there's the carbs that go with the beer, but the spectacle accompanying it works it all off, resulting in a negative balance, and significant benefits.

Jewels, I'm tellin' ya...take it from a pro... If you drink dry white wine on a diet you'll lose weight. I started LA Weightloss with my gf from hs and I was drinking wine in place of my fruit. It's allowed, although if I had eaten the amount of fruit I drank I'd probably have had some problems.
Anyway, the first week my gf said, "You better stop drinking wine!" She changed her tune after the first couple of weeks b/c I lost a lot faster than she did. hahhahahaaaaa Nectar of the gods, I tell ya! Then she said, "I better start drinking wine!" Some people have to learn the hard way...
Just thought I'd mention it in case you're having withdrawals. After all, what are friends for?

I'm exhausted. Weigh in went well... I lost 2 more lbs. I had a jam-packed day that included translating a multi-disciplinary team meeting and that fried my brain. Then I've been dealing with crazy clients who are constantly fighting over custody... ... had to tell the mom, 'not my problem, be a parent'. Ouch. So i just ate my sub and am going home to bed soon. I have to teach a resume/employment ready class in a week and a half and need to get that organized. Anybody else need a piece of me??? Think carefully before you answer that as you may get a fork thru your ear... must be the alcohol withdrawals, eh SE???
