I'm getting there, but I'm not quite as laid back as you yet.
Can I show this to my H???...he often says I am uptight, or at least he used to...maybe I have changed, I feel like I have.

This is true. I am not past the trust issue thing yet either. I need to read up on your sitch, and I don't know how much you know about mine..but I do think I have it easier than most when it comes to the OW. We both moved so she is about 1000 miles away, so when H is not with me...I know he isn't with her. I do think it makes the times we aren't together much easier.
I did go out with friends last night. I almost just stayed home and did nothing because I was tired but then decided to make myself go out...ended up having a great time.
