Hi

I joined the hashers Yahoo group so now I'll get notices of events. I was invited to go a couple of times by people I had met but never went mainly because H didn't want to.

The room is done! Now I'm left with 2 large garbage bags of kids clothes and shoes and some baby toys. When H gets back I told him I needed him to hekp me bring it to one of the orphanages here. He said OK.

Now regarding the bags of clothes, figure out how to get them to somewhere yourself. You can do this yourself and you should. Make that be a 180 if need be.

Yeah I was thinking that too. Also I'll want to get the stuff there ASAP and if H is his usual stuff I could wait a long time. By asking someone else I won't have a reason to nag H to help me out. Maybe I'll ask my friend to help me. I know she would.

See if you can do this while your D is in FLA. Perhaps you could offer up an hour or so of your time to volunteer while you're at it?

Another friend works with Cargill here in Caracas. Cargill has a foundation that raises money for charities and vlonuteers at orphanages. I'm waiting for her to call me back to see if we can arrange something.
