You sound good and that's great. Yes, the spinning continues and probably will for awhile. You're so steady and calm and yes, boring is good right now.
I know he will contact you again soon--he still wants that connection with you. In so many ways, he seems a lot like my XH--the guilt they feel is overwhelming. I'll say a prayer for him and your family.
