why would he pay for anything to do with your refinancing if you are keeping the house =========== that's the only thing that irks me a bit, I know I will be keeping the house, but I wish he'd split the cost since he is the one wanting the D. Don't lknow how that'd play in court but I do not want to find out, I do not want to go to court and throw $$ away.
I made him the offer, he's trying to do more calculations, still wants to keep his low CS, it can happen since the difference in CS goes towards the $$ I owe him.
