Mike, how are things going today, was today the day of the MC, if so I would like to know how it went and if you followed through on what you were going to do.
I am sure the weight loss has helped your golf swing, looks to me that since you have been on these boards, you have not been out of the 70's, I'd say that is pretty good playing indeed.
Things went good last night. The MC is tonight. I plan on acting like I am moving forward with the D.
The W came in yesterday with D and groceries right on time. I met them at the car. W said she was sick to her stomach. I grabbed the D out of her car helped them inside and proceeded to unload the car. Suggested to the W that she lay down for a bit and I would take care of D and groceries. She laid down on the couch and I proceeded to put up groceries and wrestle with the D and the dog, trying to keep them off the W. I gave the D a bath, fed D and cooked us something to eat. A busy night. We talked about her Nashville day trip, what went on during her day and tried to troubleshoot what may have made her sick to her stomach. I did ask her if she thought her queazy stomach may have been caused by being anxious or nerves. She said she has been anxious and antsy for a while. I assured her that there was no reason to be anxious at the house, that everything was OK at the house as far as bills being paid, the house was running as it should and we were having fun with our D, we were not arguing so no need to be ansty. I ended up quizzing her a bit about her symptoms and ended up going upstairs and getting her Tums and PeptoBismol..she tried the Tums and they seemed to work for a bit but I noticed she tried the Pepto right before bed. She told me to sleep good and goodnight. Sometimes she tells me this sometimes she does not. She happened to get up this AM to let the dog out as I was getting ready for work, I asked her if her stomach was better and she said "yes, thanks"
The weight loss has made me quicker though the swing zone I think. I've probably picked up a little swing speed and my timing is a little better I think. I'm only playing once a week and not practicing so to be scoring like I am I am playing good.
I am OK today. I got on the Rollercoaster about midday Tuesday, I think it was because of a lack of sleep Monday night. Got off the rollercoaster about 5:00 yesterday, just before the W got home w/D.
