Yea Chris, I have missed you. I often wondered where you went and would see you post over in Newcomers. I'm glad you are in piecing. I agree with Saffie on the CBT. Many years ago I was having issues in a relationship and could not get a grip on my emotions and my downward thinking (sounds like I'm there again). I had a wonderful C and she truly helped me. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate her. Believe me I looked. If I find her, I'll post info for you. I read your posts on Gabbysmom's thread. I have always questioned if I really want H back. I'm still leaning towards YES, but it's more like 70/30 now instead of 100%.
