Finally getting back out a little as I think I got off the roller coaster again last night! Gee I sure do plan to stay off or as David says only ride the kiddie coaster now!
So how are you feeling? Weren't you going to the doctor for tests today? I guess probably no results today?
Shiny suggested a book to me I don't know if you have read or not. I haven't but may get by the library this weekend to see if they have it. It is called "The Power of Now" hoping it might have some good stuff in it about staying in the present and not worrying about everything going on around me. Or my future.
