Really love both of these and actually had just written them both down in my journal. Anticipate the positive was the way I wrote it down. And God actually considers it a sin to worry, fret etc. I try to keep that in mind. My mind gets me in so much trouble, wandering off to the horrible. I do need to stay in the present.
