I find it hard o believe that he told you you had cancer and then did nothing? no drugs treatments etc. Did you have someone with you when you saw this Dr.? Lack of pain is not a good sign if it is cancer, lots of cancers esp. early stage are painless. Go back to your GP and take someone with you, 4 ears are better than 2 cos you can misundersttand what you are being told. Especially when you worried .
